1. fighting fit

fighting fit的意思是非常強健的，形容身強體健還可以說muscular，比如：

muscular arms/legs
肌肉發達的手臂／雙腿

要注意的是，如果你要夸別人看起來很健康，最好不要說“You look healthy“。

Healthy這個字表面上看來是健康，但它也是近幾年來流行的委婉說法，意思是胖嘟嘟、圓潤的。

“You look great“和“You look well“都可以。

2. be none the wiser
